1. License Grant

By purchasing or downloading WacPad ("Software"), you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, activate, and use WacPad Pro in accordance with these terms.

Lifetime Purchase: A one-time purchase entitles you to unlimited continuous drawing time, full-canvas drawing with ad removal, and all future updates within the major version lifecycle (v2.x). There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees.

2. Device Seat Limit & Anti-Distribution

Each WacPad Pro license is legally valid for activation on up to three (3) desktop computers (e.g., your studio workstation, home PC, and mobile laptop) owned or operated by the individual purchaser.

• You may not share, resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or publicly post your cryptographic license key online.
• Your license key cryptographically seals your purchase email address and displays it in the desktop software settings.
• If you upgrade or replace a computer, you may freely deactivate old machines to release seats using our self-service portal at wacpad.com/lookup.html.

3. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your drawing experience. If WacPad Pro does not work properly with your hardware configuration (Windows 10/11 or macOS 13+ with iPad and Apple Pencil) and our support team cannot resolve the technical issue within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund upon email request to support@wacpad.com. Upon refund issuance, the license key will be permanently revoked.

4. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, software code, algorithm designs, and documentation relating to WacPad remain the exclusive intellectual property of the author (anonymux1). Apple, iPad, iPadOS, Apple Pencil, macOS, Windows, and Windows Ink are registered trademarks of their respective owners. WacPad is an independent utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Microsoft Corporation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

WacPad is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular creative or professional purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall the author or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect updates to the software or legal regulations. The latest version will always be accessible on this page with an updated revision date.
